Rhonda Provus
Rhonda Provus is a Human Resources veteran with over 25 years of progressive experience specializing in Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Change Management and Project Management. Rhonda brings a passion for learning and development, her signature sense of humor and high energy facilitation to PMI. As a former client, she has extensive experience developing and facilitating PMI sales performance programs.
Rhonda’s career started in sales and account management within a highly competitive service industry. After years of developing and leading high performing sales and recruiting teams, Rhonda left her field sales management role to focus her attention in the areas of Learning and Development and Change Management.
Prior to joining PMI, Rhonda worked for a Global Fortune 500 organization holding various positions within multiple divisions. She provided career transition and executive coaching to a wide range of professionals from all industries. As Manager of Organizational Change, she led the change management efforts for global HR transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide system implementations. In her role as Director of Learning and Field Training, she created and executed large scale sales and staffing initiatives for some of the most highly regarded, industry leading organizations. She also played an instrumental role in the creation of a new sales and sales leadership training program which resulted in winning three Brandon Hall Group Excellence awards.
Rhonda earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado and holds a certification in Change Management. Rhonda lives in San Diego which allows her ample opportunity to paddle board. When not on her board, she can be found watching NCAA basketball as she is a huge fan of March Madness and an even greater fan of Duke Blue Devil basketball.
